C. Lauren is very good at what she does. She sold our house faster than I expected almost too fast) and at a higher price than I imagined. Of all the realtors I've ever dealt with, she is far and away the best ---she's in a class all by herself.

This was the second time I used C. Lauren as my realtor. The first time I was buying; now I was selling. I have used other realtors in other states and even in another country and I have never seen anyone as diligent as C. Lauren. From the beginning, she and I discussed strategies to make the property look its best and fetch top dollar, especially because we were listing it in the fall, when the garden would not be at its prime. There was also the problem that I was living in a different state and could not supervise everything. C. Lauren and I talked about the repairs and clean-up that were needed and she arranged for contractors to bid for the repairs and supervised their work. I had left some furniture in the house and she staged it, so that the photos showcased how nice the house could look. The photos were top-notch; all the people I showed them to were impressed. My property had the most viewings on Zillow the first weeks that it was listed, until a serious buyer showed up. Although it was a bit stressful for me because I tend to overthink everything, Lauren made the process a lot easier and kept it moving, always anticipating what needed to be done next and making sure that I was prepared. The end result was a lot better than we had expected and many of my friends were surprised that I had sold so quickly, especially since we listed right before Thanksgiving (we closed on Jan 4). I cannot recommend C. Lauren enough not just as a realtor, but also as a person. I think you'll be in the best of hands, if you decide to work with her.

We are so glad we chose C. Lauren Jones to sell our house. You will never find a more honest, hard-working, and dedicated realtor. She was with us every step of the way giving advice that helped sell our house in just over a week at full asking price. From the beginning, C. Lauren evaluated our house and made recommendations for home improvements. She had a list of reliable contractors that we were able to use for all of the repairs. She went with us to Lowe's to help pick out updated light fixtures and select paint colors, and she also helped pick out granite for our new kitchen countertops. She was there to help with staging and even added some of her own items to make the house look perfect. She did a great job marketing our home, including having professional photographs taken for online marketing. C. Lauren used a "Coming Soon" sign to build excitement about our home right before it officially went on the market. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available to answer questions and give advice. We would highly recommend C. Lauren to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

I first worked with C. Lauren when buying my condo, and again when selling my condo. I can't say enough about her talent, patience and expertise when it comes to real estate. When she sold my condo, she did so in three days (2.5 to be exact). The pictures that she took of my property were beautiful; I had four showings the first day the condo was listed and multiple offers before I sold. C. Lauren knows this business. She explained the paperwork; what to expect next, and didn't mince words in telling me what I needed to do. I had a previous bad experience selling a home and she understood that I had a 'sky is falling' attitude. Her patience with me was unmatched.
